OpFORTITUDE
OpFORTITUDE is a referral based veteran specific supported housing service. They work with veterans who are at risk of/currently experiencing homelessness and support them with either advice and guidance to maintain their current home, or getting them into suitable veterans supported housing.

OpCOMMUNITY
OpCOMMUNITY is an easily accessible point of contact that supports serving (regulars and reservists) and ex-service personnel, immediate family members and carers of those from within the armed forces. They’ll directly assist with queries and provide advice, guidance and support on a range of issues via phone or email.
