Voice Connect – Automated Telephone Service

Our telephone system now has an automated service option called Voice Connect.
With this service, patients are able to:
– Book GP appointments
– Check the time and date of appointments
– Cancel appointments
– Order repeat medication (the first time this is done, patients will be asked to create their own pin which must be kept safe)
PLEASE NOTE: Patients are able to speak to a member of our reception team if they wish to.
This service improves accessibility and saves our patients’ time as those who choose to use the automated service, don’t have to wait in our telephone queue.
PLEASE NOTE: Our reception team still aren’t able to take prescription requests over the phone. To request medication, please use the new automated service, the NHS app or put your request in writing via letter or email.
