We only do home visits for patients who are housebound due to illness or disability.
If you need a home visit, please try and call reception before 10 a.m. Your doctor may be in contact first to see if they can address your concerns over the phone. If they are unable, a home visit will be organised with either a nurse or the doctor. Patients with acute problems will be referred to the local home visiting service. They will arrange further care if needed.
