Once you book an appointment, they will call you on your preferred number. So, ensure the number we have is correct. They will also try their best to accommodate your preferred times for a call back. During the consultation, the doctor will discuss your concerns and decide how best to manage them. This may involve arranging a face-to-face meeting. Or, it may involve arranging blood tests or sample collections before they see you.
